Hair fall is part of the body’s natural recyclable process. Although it is normal for you to lose 50 to 100 hair strands per day, hair fall can be reduced even further.
In a year hair grows at an average of six inches, with dozing periods, and after four to five years they fall out. Thinning hair and hair loss arises when the increasing number of hair strands goes into a resting condition when the lost hair strands are not replaced.
There are several causes for hair loss; here are some of the major causes of hair fall.
Family ancestry can also be a reason to hair loss because of heredity. Another major reason for hair fall would be because of Hormonal Imbalance. This happens if we do not consume nutritious food like fresh fruits and vegetables, high protein grains etc. There are certain situations when you would even start losing hair due sudden illness and infectious diseases too.
Most of us experience hair fall. That could be due to any reason, such as heredity, ageing, injury, due to hormonal imbalance any reason for the matter. Sometimes the condition could get even worse at certain seasons, especially during summer.
The reason as to why we lose hair during summer is because we sweat a lot during summer, the pores on the surface of the skin spread to release sweat. Our hair becomes weak at that time and is more prone to falling off. Along with hair loss you might also experience itching and irritation on your scalp. This could make you scratch your head which could cause hair fall to get much worse.
