Several women experience hair fall, losing up to 30 – 100 strands of hair per day is quite normal. It could be while combing or washing their hair. But during the period of pregnancy there are certain changes that a woman can experience. It could be physical and mental, as there would be a hormonal swap that can take place.
Progesterone and estrogen are in a great level for a pregnant woman. When there is a sudden drop in that level after giving birth this could result their hair to slip towards a relaxing stage, after delivery the relaxing hair follicles start to fall out. After giving birth the hair fall would continue from one month to six months.
As there would be severe hair loss it wouldn’t still result in viewable baldness, because you would find new hair grow and the usual production cycle to begin. The hair fall could also be due to lack of nutrition due to breastfeeding.
The other reason could be because many women consume contraceptives before they decide to become pregnant and when they stop taking these contraceptives there is a sudden drop and this could also result in hair loss. And this is common and takes place in almost 70% of women after giving birth.

Consult a physician and then use shampoos and conditioner as there are certain shampoos that contain biotin and silica which is really good for your hair.
